If your tracker is not receiving Notifications, please go to Settings > Notifications > Fitbit on your phone and make sure the following options are enabled:
If you're still not receiving notifications, let's try restarting the bond between your tracker and your phone by going to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. Check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices, if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then restart your phone.
Next, set up Notifications once again by opening the Fitbit app > Account > Your tracker > Notifications.
