Hi @Mommabearto5,
Out of curiosity, what type of iOS device are you trying to sync your tracker with (ie iPhone 7, iPad Air, etc)?
Also, what iOS version is your iOS device running (ie iOS 10, iOS 9.3, etc)?
Lastly, I'd recommend making sure that you are using the most current version of the Fitbit iOS App, version 2.28. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
Keep me posted!
Best AnswerI'm having the same issue. Latest iOS, latest version of Fitbit (which is obviously going to be the case after uninstalling and reinstalling). I get that same error message when trying to log in.
Best AnswerOkay, I just fixed my problem. I had an app on my phone that uses a VPN setup. I deleted it, and now I can log into Fitbit app and my Fitbit syncs just fine. Maybe that's your issue, too. Good luck! 🙂
