Charge 2 not receiving notifications since IOS 11 update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since the nee update I haven’t received text or phone call notifications to my fitbit. I have “forgot this device” in my bluetooth settings. I have disconnected my fitbit from my fitbit app. I have turned off and on all notification settings in the fitbit app, even restarted my phone after changing the settings and still nothing. Any help?!

I have iphone 8 with latest IOS and latest Fitbit App update.

I've tried everything mentioned multiple times yet nothing is working.  It's getting quite frustrating.

I receive Calendar and Call notifications just not txt so it means that other functions of notifications are working - that phone and fitbit are connected properly - just that there's something wrong with the txt messages.

Thanks,

sweethvqn-I as well tried all and no results. I even removed all other bluetooth devices (as well as my BMW) which will be a pain to re-sync. Works fine on my wife's 5. Have a request in. Let me know if you figure anything out. CoachF

The only option is for Fitbit to find a solution for the acknowledged problem. Why would anyone want a Fitbit if they have s current iPhone?

Is there a fix yet for the text notifications?  I now no longer receive calendar notifications.

I just bought iPhone 11 and it wasn’t working. I had to go to Bluetooth setting and shut off share setting. I like to turn off my ringer on my phone so it is sharing my phones notifications

Did this work?

I too got a new iphone11 and am getting calendar and calls, but no text notifications. I’ve done all the things that have been mentioned on this thread, except yours.

I have up as well. Useless watch now. I’m looking for Black Friday deals for a Apple Watch. Been over a month and still not resolved with Fitbit

I gave up in July. Very happy with the Garmin particularly the tracking functionality. I don’t know anything about Apple Watch apart from my daughter loves hers but she doesn’t do exercise as such.
