Charge 2 not receiving text/call notifications

So second charge for new fitbit charge 2 ansd now it won't show texts or calls. I have plugged it in held the bottom and it says it is showing notifications but when I phone my iPhone the fitbit vibrates but that is all. It is fully changed and I turned the Bluetooth off for 10 seconds and then turned it back on again and yep still not showing texts or calls. Don't understand what has happened as it worked fine when I set it up and after charging it ..... All gone wrong. Help please as this is the main reason I bought the thing!

press the button on the side for 2 seconds while on the clock face, a vibration and a message on the screen will let you know if notifications have been turned on or off.   This worked for me 😉

Thanks for this but the Fitbit tells me it is receiving notifications but
they are not appearing on the Fitbit.
