Charge 2 not synching properly

Hi,

 

I have been using my new Charge2 for over a month now and had been working properly. However, just recently it is not synching properly. While I see all the other data on my IoS device, somehow my active minutes and details of the exercise are just not showing. I have already restarted the I-pad, restarted the Charge2, switched off the bluetooth and switched it back on. However, nothing seems to work.

 

Can someone please help

Hello @Jogger_Mumbai, it's nice to see you around!. 

 

In this case I would like to suggest logging out from the Fitbit app, restarting your iOS device and log back in. In case this doesn't do the trick, please reply to me with a screenshot of the missing information, that would be very helpful for me to get a better insight about this situation.

Thanks for this. I have tried but this unfortunately does not seem to work. Essentially the dashboard refuses to show details of my active minutes and the exercise.
