Charge 2 not syncing automatically

My Fitbit is set to automatically sync with  the app on my phone. It doesn’t always happen and I get incorrect info regarding steps in my weekly report

Which Fitbit device do you have, @dotpic? I would suggest a couple things:

  • Turn off auto sync and try manually syncing it for a couple days. Then turn auto sync back on.
  • Restart your Fitbit device. This will fix a myriad of issues. Tap here for instructions.

@dotpic Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't syncing automatically. Try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device just like @SunsetRunner suggested. After this try syncing them. This should help refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker. Also if you can just simply open the app to sync your tracker on Sunday evenings so all your data is uploaded before the report is done on Monday.
