Something is going on with IOS syncing and losing steps. It started a couple of days ago. I rebooted my HR2 and it’s still not syncing. I deleted the Fitbit app and reloaded it and it’s still not syncing.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Since when have you experienced this issue? Have you restarted your Charge 2 and your phone already? If so, I would like to suggest you to check the following:
If your device still won't sync, try these steps:
After your Charge 2 has synced, please check if your steps keep disappearing; if so, please let me know.
