App not showing information synced.

Yesterday and today my Fitbit watch is working but the app itself is not storing any information on it. It says that it's connected. What should I do?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If so, I would like to suggest you to check your online Dashboard to see if the information is showing there as it's possible the app is not showing the information correctly. If the information is showing in the online Dashboard, please try the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app by double tapping the home button and swipe up the app. 
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
