Hello, I am having an issues with my charge 2 and my old flex with my iPhone 6s. It says that my Fitbit isnt syncing because “your iPhone’s Bluetooth is off.” I have tried turning it off then on, restarting my phone, and on WiFi and data, at separate times. My Bluetooth works with my Bluetooth speakers and the Bluetooth radio, in my car. It will not sync and it won’t update the tracker.
Thanks

Welcome to the Forums @Chadj52.
Thanks for sharing everything that you have tried.
I moved your post to the iOs board as I think it is better suited for it.
It is possible that the phone paired with another device, the speakers or the radio. I'd recommend trying to remove those devices from your phone's Bluetooth settings and then trying to sync your Charge 2 again, that should do the trick.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

It should work with an iPhone 6S, @Chadj52. Have you tried restarting the CH2? I copied the help article for restarting below ...
Hope that gets things working again. Let us know how it goes.

@Chadj52, if you have already restarted your Charge 2 following the steps @Baltoscott posted, I would like to advise you to try the following:
If your device still won't sync, try these steps:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
