Charge 2 not syncing with iPhone 6.

Any recommendations for syncing Charger 2 to iphone 6. I have had this for about a week and the syncing and notification issues are exhausting. 

 

I have tried all possibilities. 

  • Deleted App and reinstalled
  • Deleted Charger 2 within the app and reconnected
  • Restart iphone 6
  • Disconnected Bluetooth 
  • Restarted Charger 2

Is it suppose to be this difficult?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I appreciate you have let me know the troubleshooting steps you have tried in order to try to resolve this issue. If your Charge 2 is having trouble syncing I would like to suggest the following:

 

  • Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the syncing process.
  • Enable All-day Sync to improve the connection between your phone and your tracker. To enable it, tap on Account > Charge 2 and scroll down until you find "All-day Sync"

Now, in regards of the Notifications issue, please check my post with instructions in how to reset Notifications in the app. Give it a try and let me know the outcome.
