I've just bought an iPhone 6S and I can't seem to get my charge 2 to sync with it. It just says it is looking. Tried turning off blue tooth then turning on - nothing also deleted the app and reinstalled -nothing.
Any suggestions please as this is very annoying!
Thanks

I have managed to get it to work - restarted everything a few times and turned all blue tooth devices off even if they didn't have the app installed and then it worked. Thanks

@Jen79 is your tracker connected to your account? Is your old phone turned off or at least 30 feet away?
Is any other device your tracker has synced through on and close by?
Have you restarted both the tracker and the phone?
Sorry for the questions, I'm trying to figure out if your setting it up, not needed when switching phones, or just switching phones.
