Charge 2 not syncing with iphone app and dashboard on pc and can't log into app - SSL Error

Can someone please tell me why and how to fix the following that's been happening since the last week -

 

1/ Watch stats not syncing properly and straight away (like it used to) with iPhone app and dashboard log in on PC (even if the "auto sync - all day option is turned on) - bluetooth & internet connection is always available and watch is NOT low on battery

2/ Really laggy dashboard PC log in (even after web browser cookies and history are cleared)

3/ Unable to log in to fit bit app randomly - receiving "SSL ERROR - cannot connect to server" (even when there's internet/data

4/ Iphone app logging out automatically when I log in to the dashboard PC log in at the same time (this didn't use to be an issue)

 

** Please note that my iPhone app is up to date and these issues still occur 90% of the time for the last week even if I manually "kill" the app on my iPhone and it's not running on the background **

Mine is doing exact same thing since updating to 11.1. It took my charge 2 almost 12hrs to sync a few days ago- with all day sync turned on.
