My Charge 2 isn’t syncing. I get a message saying it isn’t syncing because my Bluetooth is off. But my Bluetooth is on.

I've been having the same problem with my charge 2 and my iPhone 7 app since Monday. Sunday synced fine. The next day, it's been hanging in sync mode every day since. I've googled remedies and tried them all. Nothing works.
