Charge 2 not syncing

I am on my fourth Fitbit.  They all have worked fine for awhile and then they quit syncing.  I just got a charge 2.  Once again it worked fine for only a few days and then would not sync.  Finally got it to and it worked for a couple of days and once again back to not syncing.  I am ready to forget about Fitbit and move to a competitor.  I have tried all the usual, turning off Bluetooth, restarting,  rebooting my phone, etc.  my Fitbit will sync while it is on the charger but as soon as I take it off it disconnects.  So frustrated.

@jackiejadams Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I can understand having a new Charge 2 not syncing consistently would be really frustrating and we want you to get back on track as quickly as possible. I went ahead and created a case for you and you should receive a response from Customer Support shortly.
