Hello @kpkpradeep, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Earlier this month, we fully released in-app error notifications that provide an explanation for why you aren't receiving Sleep Stages on any given night. This is meant to provide insight into what might be occurring to cause this. The error messages are the following:
Now that you have updated the app to the latest version (2.38.1), please check the sleep tile to see if these messages appear there, if not, let me know so I can check this further.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Best AnswerConcur........fitbit.....you need to fix this bug as it is directly tied to your last release......everything was fine on my charge 2 - and then there was that release.

Hello @kpkpradeep, I hope you're doing well, I appreciate you've taken the time to reply. It's nice to have you on board too @MajC. ![]()
If you haven't done it yet, please restart your tracker 3 times in a row. If you're still not able to see sleep stages, please try to sleep with the tracker on your other hand and monitor it for one more night.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
Best AnswerSure, Will try that.
