My Charge 2 stopped syncing to my iPhone X yesterday after previously working with no issues for the last 3 months since I paired them. I have tried to re-pair them, turned Bluetooth off and on, reset the Charge 2, put it on the charger, removed it from my Bluetooth devices, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app with no luck so far. What’s next please??

My fitbit stopped syncing yesterday also in the afternoon. I thought it was the fittet because I just bought the new Blaze. It had been working fine until 5:30 though. Software change by Fitbit?
