Hi, my charge 2 has stopped working with my iPhone 6s. Been working fine but last week my iPhone does not or cannot see the charge 2 using Bluetooth so Fitbit app not updating. I have tried all the troubleshooting but not fixed.

Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 2, as well for the steps tried prior posting. I've confirmed that your iPhone 6S is a compatible device and it should be working to sync your tracker. Since this isn't happening, I shared your details to our Support team and apparently you have already a case created with them. I'd recommend to keep an open communication with them so you can receive further assistance.

Hi, still not syncing on my iPhone 6s but was able to sync on my laptop. Any news on the Bluetooth finding my charge 2 on my iPhone 6s. Thanks.
