It is really a problem to get Charge 2 to sync properly with my Iphone 6S with IOS 13.2.1.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it will simply not sync. For example this morning I even turned the phone off to see if that helps. But it fails all the time.
Failed to sync the device is the repeating message from my Charge 2. I synced it via my Mac so my sleep from last night shows up on my Fitbit. But syncing directly from my Fitbit does not work at all. For example battery level shows 10 % in the app but it is really 70% when I check my Fitbit.

Thanks for letting me know that your Charge 2 isn't syncing correctly, as well for the steps that you've tried on your own. I understand how you're feeling about not being able to update your details and I'll help you with this matter. In this case, please try reconnecting your tracker with the following steps:

It synced OK this evening.
But if I have time next time I will try your proposal.
Anyhow I find it a bit frustrating that I can’t count on Fitbit to sync properly in the morning. Normally I am too tired or too busy to do anything about it.
For me it is an annoyance with a tech thing that does not work properly so often.

Thanks for keeping me updated and I'm glad that your Charge 2 was able to sync. I understand where you're coming from as you shouldn't try these steps too often. Please monitor your tracker's performance on the next days and if the issue persists even after trying the steps above, let me know so I can continue working on this matter.

Hi @eeyoreace. Welcome to the Community Forums! I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 2 and for the steps tried to get it syncing again. May I know what error message is displayed when trying to sync? If you use more than one device to sync, remove your tracker from this device's Bluetooth settings and take it to another room. Also, since your post didn't mention, please make sure the Fitbit app is updated and give a try to the troubleshooting steps suggested above.

Why is my message reported? Still got the problem with syncing Charge 2. There is only problems with this item. And the service at Fitbit is worth nothing. They are neglecting their customers.
