My Charge 2 will no longer sync with my iphone after updating my software to ios 10.2.1. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps (forgot device on bluetooth, restarted my tracker, did the replacement process on the app, turned bluetooth on and off). It still syncs on my ipad with ios 10.1.1. Is there anything else to try or a new firmware update coming - I already have the 22.48.14 version. Really appreciate the help!!!

Do you have all day sync tuned on in the app? If so turn it off. The unit should sync anytime you open the app with it turned off.

I tried this and no luck:(. My Charge 2 won't even come up as discoverable in my Bluetooth menu, so it doesn't seem like an app related issue. After I forgot the device in Bluetooth originally and restarted my phone, it's never reappeared.
Any other suggestions??? 🙂

Does not sound like it is paired to your phone. So check that out.
I'm going to move this to the iOS forum as you should get better help there.
