Suddenly today my Charge 2 won't synch on my iPad mini or iPhone. I see data on my tracker but it will not connect

I haven't been able to sync to my iPhone since the last update on 3/22/17 was pushed.  Very frustrating  since I can't seem to find a way to revert to a previous version of the software.

I got mine to synch by rebooting my iPhone and iPad mini.

With kind regards,

Hello @Gurby and @Schmee, thanks for joining us in the Community, have a warm welcome! Smiley Happy

@Gurby, thanks for taking the time to reply and letting me know your Charge 2 is now syncing, I'm really glad.

@Schmee, have you restarted your Charge 2 recently? If so, I would like to suggest checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven to be very helpful for many members in the Community.

In case those steps don't do the trick, my recommendation would be setting up your tracker as a new device in order to restart the link between your phone and your tracker. Don't worry, the information already stored in your account won't get deleted.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
