Charge 3 Won’t recurve Text Messages

I have tried all the trouble shooting instructions and my Charge 3 Fitbit still won’t receive text messages. I get Snapchat notification but not text messages or phone calls. 

i have restarted my phone. I have restarted the Fitbit. I have deleted and re-downloaded the Fitbit app. I have tried all Bluetooth troubleshoots. Not sure what else to do.

Yes. I have the Iphone 11 and it says it is compatible
