I have had my Charge 3 since March - love it. However a few things are not working correctly.
I have to be in a dark room to read the face.
I have to re-sync every day even though I have it set up on everything for “always”. Therefore I do not get any notifications
I have reset my watch several times and nothing seems to help.
any ideas?

Hi @PatrishD which platform and phone do you have? The more information we have, the better to help you out. Have you adjusted the face so you can read it?

@PatrishD have you set the dim or brightness level on the device itself? As for the sync and notifications, I'm moving this to the iOS for more relevant responses.
