Hi @alimacfarlane26, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you don't receive text notifications on your Charge 3. Thank you for confirming that you receive other type of notifications, I am here to assist you.

It’s important that you carefully review and update your notifications settings on your iPhone 11. I recommend following all instructions in Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Nothing will fix it unfortunately.  I’ve had the same issue for 6 mos.. Customer service just tells you the same steps to try, repeatedly.  They are not focused on a fix for the Charge 3, they were focused on releasing the Charge 4.  We’re out of luck unfortunately.  Infuriating.

@alimacfarlane26 I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I recommend to re-pair your tracker to your Fitbit account:

1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

4. After set up, please confirm that your notifications are set up properly: How do I set up notifications?

I’ve had the same problem for months and tried all the steps listed 100x. Guess I’ll resign myself to an over priced watch that tracks steps 😡

I will not take any more troubleshooting suggestions from Fitbit. It is a way to push the problem/customer down the road. I have tried every troubleshooting tip known to man, about 100 times each. I’m tired of getting repetitive suggestions from new moderators over & over. I’m giving up on Fitbit. Unfortunately, I thought i was a lifelong customer, started off years ago with the zip, then upgraded to flex, alta hr, charge 3 and bought the following in addition for my husband kids: zip, Charge 2, Ace. Lot of money & years put into Fitbit, but unfortunately you failed me. Moving on.
