Charge 3 not syncing with iPhone/iPad.

Ever since last update Fitbit charge 3 stopped syncing to my iPad. Switched to my iPhone, now it doesn't sync to that either. Turned both devices on and off as well as the Bluetooth and still does nothing. Not at all impressed anymore. Maybe I'll just buy a timex, they still make those right?

I've had the same issue for over a week now, 3 x connections to online chat as the charge 3 is stopping syncing and falling behind in time (i've been late because of it!!) waiting on tech support to email as ive had to uninstall everything every time i want to sync and i dont have the time to spend an hr plus each day phaffing to get it to talk to my iPhone 11. even considered swapping for an apple watch if it continues but seens to be a recurring problem.

I gave up..hours trying to get it to sync daily. Just dump it and go t o an Apple Watch as NO ONE from Fit Bit ever replies or even acknowledges these complaints. They just give you the same old cut and paste answer of what to do that you have tried so many times.Time to Reboot to a different product

For several weeks all was well.  You had contact only through Twitter.  For the last 3 mornings I’ve been notified to pair charge 3 again.  Frustrating!  I hope it doesn’t get worse but so far seems a quick fix—- I still have to ask why??

Same for me, every time I want it to sync it can't find the device, I have found that by toggling Bluetooth off then back on the opening the app quickly before Bluetooth has had a chance to even get going it syncs - but you have to do it every time!

My Fitbit charge 3 worked great on ipad 5 and then 7 and then suddenly a week or so ago it no longer syncs.  I tried every single help idea and sometimes it would sync for a few minutes.  Then I resorted to contact Fitbit support and was told too bad, so sad...Fitbit only works with ipad Gen 4 or lower or the new Ipad Pro and then acted like my fault because I bought the new ipad 7 and didn’t bother to check to make sure they are compatible and they are NOT.  After numerous more frustrating tries to follow users help advice again, I deleted from ipad and signed in to my Windows 10 computer for the whole family to use.  I could sync it but believe I have to go through a big process each time.  I had to sign out of the app for privacy reasons.  My watch was 15 minutes off but at least the syncing set it.  I’m so upset.   Is there a decent tracker that works with ipad 7?  I’ve used Fitbits for years now and feel sick at this extreme inconvenience.
