Charge 3 not syncing with my iPhone

My change 3 is not syncing with my iPhone, it was fine up until I came in off a run. I have looked at all the advice given on here, turned off the phone, turned off blue tooth and deleted and re-loaded the app back on to the phone. All to no avail! Please help 😬

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your tracker prior posting. I know how you're feeling as your data isn't updating, let me help you out. Although you've tried some steps, please try the following in the given order:

  1. Remove your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone one more time.
  4. Restart your Charge 3.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile icon > Charge 3 image.
  6. Tap on Sync Now and wait until it finishes.

If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of any error message displayed when trying to sync and attach it in your reply so I can take a look into this. Also, let me know your phone's model and iOS version.
