Need to log out/in to sync my Charge 2

For the last few weeks, my charge 2 won't sync on my iphone. I need to log out of the app and log back in for it to sync. I have restarted, installed/uninstalled, bluetooth and reconnect, restart my fitbit, but the same thing happens and each day i need to log out and log back in again for my fitbit to sync to my phone.

Hi @lisabeth5900. Welcome to the forums!

Thanks for letting me know about the Charge 2 and for the steps tried prior posting. You did a good job and let me help you with this matter! Before anything else, may I know if you have other Bluetooth connections nearby? I'm asking this as if you have other devices when trying to sync, the Bluetooth connection may be interfered which may cause syncing issues.

That said, I'll need you to try one more thing with me. Please remove your tracker from the Bluetooth settings from any device that you have with you. Then turn off the Bluetooth from those devices except on the phone that you'll use to sync. On that phone, please reconnect your watch as described here.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
