- I'm currently using the app on iphone 6splus and 2 iphone se
- we have 3 Charge 3s
- we are running iphone 13.3
- tracker version 20001.63.5
- App version installed FITBIT 3.10 (896)
- For troubleshooting, we've unpaired repaired,
- gone into settings and turned on iPhone notifications for fitbit
- we've synced each fitbit with their iPhone and the fitbit app
- When we open account<notifications<app notifications. There is no list of any apps to get notifications from. Nothing is listed it's blank and has grayed out apps will be added to the list after they send notifications to your phone?? I have not clue what this means or where the notifications will come on our phones

I’m sorry you’re not receiving your notifications at this time. Currently notifications are an issue being addressed by the Fitbit Team. Please view this thread here for more information: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...
Pay special attention to page one of that thread and follow all the steps very carefully. If you’re still experiencing issues after carefully performing the steps provided then please keep an eye on that thread. If any further updates or information become available it will be posted there. Hopefully the posted steps will have you up and running again.
