The last update on iPhone somehow made it so my notifications won’t work. I can’t click on it in the app at all. It will pick and choose each day what comes through. I have restarted, deleted and forget this device. I have reached out to fit bit several times with no answers

In the meantime, some users have had success after uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app.

 

I moved this thread to iOS App board because it is more related to the topic.
