Charge 3 receives Notifications but phone stopped ringing.

My Charge3 vibrates but my iPhone 8 does not ring.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that your Fitbit device nor the Fitbit app affects in any way the settings on your phone. If it's not ringing when you receive a call, please check the phone Settings.

My phone settings are correct. After contacting customer service it appears to be a product defect with the Fitbit device. I am waiting for the replacement to arrive.
