Hello @Raybpm130
Wow you have tried quite a number of things to troubleshoot your Charge 3 and it’s ability to play nicely with the Fitbit App! (You post was completely thorough and well detailed) I did note that you have the iPhone 7 so I went to check if that device is compatible with the new Fitbit App which I found that it is indeed compatible. Based on all that you have done I would recommend calling Fitbit Customer Service. They may be able to test/suggest things that I am not aware of. I also don’t know the age of your Charge 3 or if it’s still under warranty but those again would have to be discussed with Fitbit Customer Service. When you call please tell them everything you have already done to troubleshoot so that you don’t waste time having to repeat the process all over again. I do wish you luck and hope that you will be up and running again soon. You can find ways to contact Fitbit Customer Service here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB
😃 I realize I didn’t give you a fix for your issue but I hope you feel this is the best answer I can give you to point you in the right direction.
