My suggestion is to streamline the process for syncing and updating the data on the iPhone App. After I sync, which is slow given I hold the phone in my hand while my Charge 3 is on my wrist, I can not jump to reviewing the data as for some reason, it has not been processed. When I switch to the Sleep screen, the App is frozen.

None of these solutions work to get me the update listed as implemented in the community. It in part may be another one of the issues that Fitbit does not support all platforms, or all devices, in a consistent fashion. In other searching, I see that my iPhone needs to be updated to a version of the IOS that is not available and even if it was available, it appears that the new features are not supported on the Charge 3.

Thank you for your reply, @SigHillDude.
Thank you for your efforts and the additional details. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback. I would like to confirm that the Fitbit app version 3.42 will be the last release for iOS 12 as for the new Fitbit app versions that include features and fixes, your phone must be running iOS 13 or higher. This is described in this help article and in this link. The Fitbit app will keep working on iOS devices with iOS 12 or lower, as long as the Fitbit app is not uninstalled.
Hope this helps.
