After I downloaded 13.5.1 yesterday my iPhone XR does not synchronize with my charge 3.

Hi @Shyam. I'm glad to see you here again and I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for the update about the syncing issues with the Charge 3, as well for trying the steps posted above. To further investigate, may I know if you're getting an error message on the Fitbit app? Does the same happen when syncing with your iPad? Did you also made sure to forget your tracker and turn off the Bluetooth from the iPad when using your iPhone? Please note that if there are multiple Bluetooth connections, your Charge 3 might get confused when trying to sync.
