I just purchased my charge 3 yesterday, and it wasn’t until today that I realized I wasn’t receiving any text messages or any notifications! So I went straight to the forums to find out why! I have a iPhone 11 Pro, with the latest IOS. At first, after double checking my settings, all was set right, but no notifications! But then I updated my fitbit app, and all of a sudden I started receiving notifications but no text messages. So on my iPhone, I went into the settings>notifications>messages, then in alerts, I already had lock screen and banners selected, but once I selected Notification Center, I started receiving text messages! I am relieved that it works! Hopefully this helps out!
