Charge 3 will not connect to iPhone 8

I have just about given up trying to connect my charge 3 to my iPhone 8. When trying to setup it goes as far as found tracker but then it’s trying to connect but times out. Have done everything that suggests to try but get nowhere. I think it’s time to give up and buy another product.

Hi @heckla  you need a minimum of iOS 13. What do you have?
