Charge 3 won't connect to iPhone 7 plus

I have followed every step to reconnect and sync but nothing is working.  I've been at it for a couple of days.  This morning it's counting my steps but the time is way off and still won't connect.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @primrosesm. Welcome to the forums.

Thanks for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried prior posting and sharing that your Charge 3 is able to track your steps. Your iPhone 7 Plus is a compatible device, so let's work on this together! First, make sure there aren't other Bluetooth connections nearby that may interfere when connecting your tracker. Then, try the following:

  1. Remove your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth on your iPhone.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your tracker.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and try syncing one more time.

If it's able to sync, please tap on your profile's icon > Charge 3 image > notifications and follow the prompt to pair your tracker via Bluetooth.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
