My Charge 3 has topped syncing to my I phone 11 IOS 13.4.1. I have gone through all the trouble shooting guidance provided on the forum and suggestions from Fitbit support. I have also implemented all of the suggestions on the IOS end. My current state is my Charge 3 has had the data wiped , it’s been rebooted numerous times. I have deleted the Charge 3 from the application and tried reset up as a new Charge 3. The first time I got to tracker found, trying to sync. It never would go any further. Next I turned off my phone Bluetooth and then tried the process on my IPad. I ended up with the same result. I now went back to my IPhone after turning off Bluetooth on the IPad. As suggested in the forums I disconnected the Fitbit and tried to reset the Bluetooth Connection on my IPhone. Now it will not even discover the Fitbit. So current state is all data wiped on Fitbit, Fitbit rebooted numerous times, both in settings and in charge cradle holding down the button for 15 seconds, deletion of the Charge 3 from the app, attempts to setup the Charge 3 as if it was new. Now nothing works. What can I do?

I’m having the same issue with my iPhone 8 and Inspire HR. Since yesterday they won’t sync. I’ve tried everything and am now trying to reinstall the Fitbit on the Fitbit app, with no success. It’s telling me there’s no Bluetooth connection but that can’t be right. My Inspire is synced to my iPad but this won’t be very useful when I’m out of the house. I'm pretty frustrated. Help!

Hi, tried that and was only able to reconnect with the iPad. iPhone still shows no Bluetooth connection. I’m not a happy camper.

Hi @SunsetRunner, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.
Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your Inspire HR. I appreciate your efforts and the information that your tracker is syncing with your iPad. I totally understand how you are feeling and recommend to remove the tracker from the Bluetooth setting on your iPad and turn off Bluetooth on iPad. After that restart the Bluetooth on your iPhone and try to sync with your phone. For more information about syncing to several devices, see Can I sync my Fitbit device with more than one device?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
