Have a charge 3. Suddently it wont sync, unless i made a restart. And the timer on the clock was slower than real time, so after 24 hours it was a couple of hours behind. Wrote With fitbit support, and after several mails they Said that there where trouble With Apples iOS 13.3.1. They Could have Said that in the first place. They Could not tell me when they Will fix it. I am so frustrated. I have a watch that is not even a year Old and I cant use it. Lucky that the supplier Will take it back, and I Will never buy a fitbit again!
now I have garmin, and that really works!!
