I was going through the firmware upgrade on my Charge 4 and the screen went black like 1/2 of the way through. Now it won’t turn on or restart. It vibrates, but no smiley face happens. The screen remains dark. Anyone have an idea/experiencing the same thing?

Hi @The_Peachness, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the firmware update issue that your Charge 4 has experienced, please restart your Charge 4 manually as described in this help article. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article.
Finally, run the update again and see if it gets completed. Make sure that your device is fully charged.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thank you for these suggestions. They’re not working for me. My Charge 4 got removed from my IOS as one of the side effects and I can’t use the app to communicate to the device. The device only vibrates, when the button is held for any amount of time. No other responses.
please advise further, thank you!
