Charge 4 losing Bluetooth connection

Charge 4 is and has been problematic since I purchased this in June. 2020 - Not reliable. Constantly losing Bluetooth connection - incredibly annoying . My earlier tracker was great and reliable , I only moved to the Charge 4 for the bigger screen. I would suggest people look to another tracker until this and other problems are resolved- on I Phone  Pro

I totally resolved the whole issue about 7 months ago! I don’t how it took me a year to realise what the problem was. . I have an iPhone and an iPad. When both of these  were together or near each other or even in the same house sometimes, my Fitbit could not sync with both. It got confused? Who knows.  And was always connected with the one I wasn’t looking at. It won’t connect with two at the same time.
If your Fitbit will not sync, try turning off Bluetooth on the device you’re not using. The minute I do that it syncs! Every time now. Simple. Hope this helps someone. Somewhere…

No one in all my months of trying to resolve this  - customer service or the community forums  - helped - I ended up buying a Fitbit Sense (Addicted I know but Fitbit changed my life!!🤷‍:female_sign:) and had a Eureka moment! I’m so relieved! Nothing worse than walking and then not syncing… especially in a Bingo game.

I turned Bluetooth off on my iPad, the only other device that can connect to my Fitbit and the issue continues to occur.

Sorry it didn’t solve your problem. It’s still working for me every time, thank goodness. Yours must be something else? No idea what.  But I hope my solution will help others with the same thing. Certainly worth trying. . Good luck with finding the answer to yours.
