Charge 4 no longer syncing with iPhone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My new Charge 4 stopped syncing with my IPhone after a few days. I have tried all the resets, uninstall app, reinstall app, boot, reboot, blue tooth on and off, etc. etc.

I am requesting a replacement under your warranty.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @RonJ69.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Before considering other options, recommend confirming if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

1. Confirm that your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?

2. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.

3. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.

4. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If you're experiencing difficulties with pairing your device, please check our complete troubleshooting instructions in Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
