Charge 4 not receiving text alerts

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi. My brand new Charge 4 does not alert when texts are received on iPhone. It’s connected via Bluetooth, all updates installed successfully, old watches deleted from  pairing.
My Charge 3 didn’t alert me either , stopping after an upgrade about a year ago.
My old Alta was perfect,

Any advice for this to  get working properly?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SunsetRunner.

I am sorry to hear you're not receiving text notifications on your new Charge 4. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I would like to confirm if your tracker is not vibrating when you receive the notification, or you don't receive the notifications at all?

I also recommend that you carefully review and update your notifications settings on your iPhone: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks Lily. No, I am, still, not receiving text message alerts after going through all the steps.
Can this be fixed? It appears that others are experiencing the same problem.
