As @Julia_G has mentioned, if it's possible please provide us more details as you can so we can properly assist you. In the meantime if you see the set up instructions on the Charge 4 and it is not syncing, I suggest trying the following:
- On the Fitbit app ►Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue (you need to click on replace, if it's still connected).
- If you are having trouble to set up the tracker you can see our help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi, @Got2breal , please could we have a little more information? Is this a new Charge 4? Have you set it up? Has it ever synced? Please do post again with as much information as possible. With a bit more detail I am sure that someone will be able to help.
