Charge 5 dead after 9 months

My charge 5 After 9 mouths didn’t work, at first display stopped working and getting black app notifying me for update My charge 5 by putting it on my phone when it was charging, nothing happened and  then after 4 days it didn’t  send any information to Fitbit app. What must I do?
