My charge 5 won’t stay synced keeps going off and on

I understand where you're coming from about your Charge 5 not syncing correctly, and thanks for your efforts while working on this matter. Because your post didn't mention, may I know if you've tried the steps described in this help article? If you have, I'd recommend these other steps:

 

  1. Forget your Charge 5 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your tracker to refresh its performance.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Select your Charge 5, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.

Yes have done all the things reset it several times will not stay synced

Ok, I have the same issues and have done everything suggested. I have removed and reinstalled at least 50 times. What is Fitbits permanent solution to resolve this ongoing problem?  Not happy!

What I did to solve my problem was to get a new charge 5. After doing that this one works fine
