Fitbit Charge 5 is not registering health metrics. It’s recording steps but not sleep, heart rate, etc. Restarted device, device is up to date, restarted app, restarted phone. Nothing is working.

Hi @GeorgiaPeach3 - just on the off chance in the Fitbit App, device page (Connected to) do you have the phone connected to your account, if so remove it.
Restart the Charge 5 and sync with the app. It may help.
