I currently have version 64 on my iPhone (I haven't been using my fitbit because my bands keep breaking, I've gone through 4 in a year 😞  ). Anyway, I am trying to update my iphone app and have been all day. I keep getting error message that the system is busy right now so I can't update. Any help would be awesome.

Hi @Cvvmich and welcome back,

First and foremost I'd restart your Flex, click here for instructions.

I'd make sure that you are using version 2.17 of the Fitbit iOS App before trying to update, click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

If you are still having trouble updating using the iOS App, you can also update your firmware via our Fitbit Connect software on a computer too. Click here for details.
