I am having problems with my Charge HR, including the following: my iPhone will no longer sync with / locate my FitBit; my FitBit has the incorrect time on it; and I have reset it multiple times by holding down the button when it is plugged in to my computer. Resetting has had no impact on the issues.
Any thoughts on steps I can take to get my FitBit working / synced again would be greatly appreciated.

@brianlang A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Charge HR is not syncing with your iPhone. When you restarted your tracker, what did you see on the screen? Also, Y recommend checking out if your phone has the most recent app version installed. If so, turn off your phone and turn it back on. Once this has been done, open the app and try syncing your Fitbit again.
