I've been using my One for a few weeks because the Charge HR just looks clunky with my work clothes. I just removed my One from my Fitbit account and can't connect the Charge HR with my iphone. I've removed and reinstalled the app and reset the fitbit. The phone will recoginze the Charge and send the connect code but gets stuck in a never ending "finishing up" phase. My One is no where near the phone and Charge HR and is wrapped in alumium foil so it's signals won't interfere. I hate to just give up on the charge because it was a gift but am super frustrated with it right now.
Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions?
Edited to add: The charge was previously connected to my phone with no problems. I removed it a couple of weeks ago when I needed to look professional for work. It has been working on finishing up for over 20 minutes as of now.

Hi @jlhughes1 is nice to see you around! Let me share with you a couple of steps you can follow to make it sync:
1. Force Quit your Fitbit app
2. Turn off the Bluetooth and also your cellphone
3. Restart your tracker
4. Turn On your cellphone and also the Bluetooth
5. Finally, log back into your Fitbit app and try to set up your tracker as a new Fitbit device
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the help. I called customer support who walked me through doing that which didn't solve the problem. I had to turn off Wi-fi and bluetooth, close the fit bit app and then turn off the phone before I could get it to sync. It is working perfectly so far. I do appreciate your assitance. You and your fellow support team members have more patience than I do.
