Charge HR not syncing heart rste

My HR usually won't show my heart rate initially when I've synced to my iPhone 6s. I have to open heart rate on my dashboard, then tap 'back' and reopen heart rate and then it will show my graph. The last couple of days I've had to do a full re-sync then do the procedure I've already described. Tonight I've done that about four times and it's still not showing my graph. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums @BronK, if you just opened your application and you've just synced your heart rate data it could take a few seconds until you see the information updated right away, but if you still don't see any data populated, try the following procedure to force quit the Fitbit app:

- Double tap the home button on your iOS device.
- Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
- Reopen the Fitbit app.

Right after you restart the application please reboot your device, then try to open the Fitbit app again to check your stats, this has been of help to other users experiencing difficulties with the connection between the tracker and the application. I hope this helps, keep me posted.
