My FitBit won't sync with my Mac mini running macOS Sierra 10.12.3.  Tried all the troubleshooting (restart FitBit, uninstall program and re-install, insert dongle, turn Bluetooth off then on).  Nothing seems to work.  Please HELP!!!!.  My FitBit is running firmware V122.  Thanks in advance.

Hello @mcfellin, thanks for joining us, it's great to see new faces around! Smiley Happy

If your Charge HR is not syncing with your Mac, please restart it once again and leave it plugged in and charging, then try to set it up as a new device to restart the connection between your tracker and your computer:

To set it up as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Additionally, please make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the set up process. In case your tracker is still not syncing with your computer, try syncing it using a mobile device and the Fitbit app. If it's able to sync, please let me know.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
